For product returns and requests for refunds or exchanges please contact Bee Bald^® Customer Care by email at customercare@beebald.com. Returns and requests for RMA #s (Return Merchandise Authorization) will only be honored within 30 days of purchase. In the case of refunds a credit will only be issued upon receipt of the merchandise being returned.
